I hope you are a good net citizen.To be a net citizen you aren’t allowed to do any hacking, installing various around the internet ,and in peoples blog.I hope every one is following this example that I had layed out.Every one who uses the internet must have good manner .
If you threaten people you will be fined the sum of 680 or more .People which hacks in to other peoples stuff is sure to become a gangster .Some times people let people hack even if didn’t want it ,this occurs during when for example some one is creating a blog they hack other peoples account

Be tactful

To be tactful we must be good to people who are mentally or physically disturbed .To be good we must approach gently with care .When we approach them we must not straight away jump to conclusions about them.We must be patient during the approach to them .For example we must start off with their hobbies or other stuff they like .

Bite your tongue

Bite your tongue simply stands for do not show your temper online.

RESPECT CONFIDENTLY

When we receive a picture we must respect the image that we have gotten even if it’s a embarrassing one and if we really have the urge to forward we have to ask permission first if we can froward it to any body else.

KEEP IT SIMPLE

To keep it simple we mustn’t use very high standard words.If we do the person who received the mail won’t be able to understand it.

Smiley is a smile that indicates a picture of a face .The pictures are a smile , a frown and even a normal face .A another word for all these long word stuff are smiles . In case if you don’t have those pictures you can use a key board.
